Shinagawa TOBU HOTEL Earthquake-resistant Repair Work

The Takanawa Tobu Hotel, which first opened 30 years ago, was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and since it had to be closed for one year in order to perform earthquake-resistant reinforcement work, the entire hotel including guest rooms was also renovated. It has expanded to 190 guest rooms with abundant variations, and has been reborn as a specialized accommodation city hotel which can be used for long stays. The exterior design was also transformed, with a fine pebble finish suitable for an urban hotel.
